Before you ask.
Before it, we put your business into the platform: what you sell, how you quote it, how the invoice goes out. In the session, about thirty minutes, you see that working and we change it in front of you. It is your quote flow, not a demo account.
It is free and there is no obligation. There is no paid audit and no proposal fee. We do it because a business that has seen its own quotes clear in the first hour tends to want to keep the thing that did it, and the ones that don’t have lost half an hour.
The prices are on the plans page: R5,000 a month for one workflow, R10,000 a month for the contextual workspace, and from R20,000 a month for a technology partner that builds and runs the platform. Month to month after the build, 30 days notice.
The platform is configured for South African practice, VAT, EMP, POPIA, IFRS for SMEs, so most of our work is with SA businesses. We look at engagements outside SA case by case.
